Parish Councils, Town Councils and Ward Members must submit their comments within 15 working days, if these comments are to be used to trigger an application into the Committee process in accordance with the Council’s published Constitution. Your deadline date is shown in the email notification sent to you directly. If you are uncertain please contact: planning.applications@stratford-dc.gov.uk

Where officers send out amended plans or additional information received from applicants for further comments from Parish Councils, Town Councils and Ward Members, responses must be received within the specified time period on the notification, if these comments are to be used to trigger an application into the Committee process.
