1. Replace 3 Bedroom Dormer Windows - including frames, casements and cills. Change from softwood casements and framework to Sapele Hardwood casements and frames. Change from one opening casement per window to two opening casements for each window. The windows will remain identical in appearance from the outside. 2. Bathroom window - retain existing frame and cill but replace one opening casement and one fitment to two opening casements. The existing casement and fitment have 6 glazed panels each and are proposing to change them to 2 glazed panels each. This would bring the window in line with the others in the property and allow in more light. The replacement casements would be replacing the current softwood with Sapele Hardwood. 3. Downstairs Lounge - replace left hand softwood casement with hardwood Sapele casement. The windows will remain identical in appearance from the outside. The windows are not original to the property and there are no original windows left in the property. All the windows were replaced approximately 15 years when the property was modernised and extended. The softwood used has regrettably rotted in some places and this is an opportunity to replace with a more hardwearing wood without changing the appearance at all thus minimising the need for future works.
