Due to current high level workloads the target date for determination is only a guideline for the planning officer to make a decision.
Comments from interested third parties will be accepted and given consideration at any time up until the date of the officer decision or the date of the Committee meeting to hear the application. However, the sooner your comments are received, the sooner that officers, applicants and relevant consultees can give proper consideration to any comments submitted and take them into account in the decision-making process.
Parish Councils, Town Councils and Ward Members must submit their comments within 15 working days, if these comments are to be used to trigger an application into the Committee process in accordance with the Council’s published Constitution.
Where officers send out amended plans or additional information received from applicants for further comments from Parish Councils, Town Councils and Ward Members, responses must be received within the specified time period on the notification, if these comments are to be used to trigger an application into the Committee process.
