1. Where can I find information about pitches?

2. What are the fees and charges?

3. I have registered with the Council website before, can I use this account to make bookings?
Yes.
4. My personal information has changed, how can I update it?
You can update your personal information at the "My Profile" section on this Pitch Booking website.
5. I have forgotten my password.
You can retrieve your password if you remember your username and secret question. Please click here to retrieve your forgotten password.
6. How do I log in the system?
Click on "Sign in" link on the menu bar of the system. From here you can enter your username and password to log in or register a new account if you haven't had one.
7. How do I log out of the system?
Click on the "Sign out" link on the menu bar of the system.
8. Do I get a discount for making ten bookings at a time?
Yes. If you make and pay ten bookings at a time, we will deduct the VAT as an incentive.
9. Team under 16 years old.
At the Council, we have a discount for teams under 16 years old. Please refer to the "fees and charges" in question 2 for price list.
10. What is the online booking process?
The booking process consists of three steps:

• User (you) makes a booking on the website.

• Admin officer at Stratford-upon-Avon district council approves the booking.

• User makes payment.
11. How many days ahead can I book pitches for?
At least one working day.
12. How many pitches can I book per timeslot per day?
You can book as many pitches/timeslots as you like but bookings are not fully reserved until they are approved and paid.
13. Can I cancel my bookings online?
Not at the moment. However, you can contact our Leisure Team on 01789 260638 or by emailing leisure@stratford-dc.gov.uk
14. Can I track my booking online?
Yes. Go to "My Profile" section on the website.
15. Can I view my booking history?
Yes. Go to "My Profile" section on the website.
16. What do booking statuses mean?
Each booking status describes at what stage the booking is, with the following meaning:

Requested: first stage of the booking process, after user making booking. At this stage, user must wait for booking to be approved by the Leisure Team.

Approved: second stage of the booking process. The booking has been approved by the Leisure Team and user can now make payment to finish the booking process.

Cancel: the booking has been cancelled.

Rejected: the booking has been rejected by the Leisure Team.
17. I have made a booking, why is that pitch/timeslot still available for booking?
Your booking must be approved and paid before it is fully reserved.
18. I have not receive a booking confirmation email. What should I do?
Please allow 5 - 10 minutes for the email to arrive or contact our Leisure Team on 01789 260638 or by emailing leisure@stratford-dc.gov.uk
19. Can I pay for my booking online?
Yes. As soon as you receive an approval of booking email from us, you can go to "My Profile" section of the system, then click on your booking and make payment.
20. Why can I not pay for my bookings as soon as I book them?
In order to avoid the Pitch Booking system to be abused, each booking must be approved by our Leisure Team before payment.
21. Why are the payment checkboxes disabled?
You can only make payment for approved bookings. In this case, your booking has not been approved by our Leisure Team. Please allow a few hours for the booking to be processed.
22. Why can I not proceed the "Make Payment" feature?
You must select the bookings you want to pay by ticking the checkboxes at the end of each booking before clicking on "Make Payment" button. If the payment checkboxes are disabled, please refer to the previous question.
23. When can I make payment?
As soon as your booking is approved by our Leisure Team. This could take a few hours.
24. Do I have to pay for all bookings at a time?
You don't need to pay for bookings at a time. However, your bookings will not be reserved until they are fully paid.
25. What credit or debit cards are accepted for online payment?
You can make online payment using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta and Electron payment cards.
26. Will I be surcharged by using credit cards?
Yes. At the Council, we make a surcharge of 2.0% for all transactions paid by Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
27. I cannot pay online, what payment methods are available?
