Proposal
Partial re-build of boundary wall to rear left side of premises towards River Arrow - size: approx 19m x 1.60m. To re-use existing brick work where possible, new brickwork to match existing brickwork as best as possible; to be constructed on existing foundation with lower engineer brickwork to retaining sections and steel bedding, and 2no movement joints. Existing wall in section has been partically rebuilt using engineering brickwork; when the River Arrow rises a section of the wall (including area being re-built) will submerge.
